Georgia safety Doneiko Slaughter committed to Tennessee Saturday morning just a day after the Rosswell safety backed off his pledge to Arizona State.
The 5-foot-11 inch prospect is ranked as a three-star by 247sports composite rankings as he comes in 669th nationally and the 49th ranked safety in the 2020 class. Slaughter ranks as a four-star on rivals.com
Slaughter also held offers from Arizona State, Kansas, Mississippi State and Maryland.
Slaughter's commit gives Tennessee 18 commits and the nation's No. 19 ranked class just four days before the start of the early signing period.
